Seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to come on board to work on commercial fit-out projects.

About the role of Project Manager for Commercial Construction:
This is a role that requires strong communication and presentation skills and to be a motivated individual with a professional attitude and team approach.
  • Plan, design, manage and deliver projects up to the value of $3M
  • Compile and present cost reports
  • Manage project teams and subcontractors effectively
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Handle any cost and quality constraints/issues

About the required skills for Project Manager for Commercial Construction:
  • Australian citizenship and / or permanent residency is a must
  • Practical experience is preferred
  • Must be willing to work on small projects and large projects
  • Have experience putting together a construction program
  • Experience in office fit out is require
